Filipino professionals are accustomed to dedicated UK, US and Australian business hours, including night shifts where the role needs them. Schedules are aligned to your team, not the other way round.
We place 180 delivery consultants, specialist sourcers, HRIS and reward analysts, TA coordinators and HR-aware executive assistants. No 360 recruiters or HR Business Partners in this region.

Social Security System. Calculated on the employee’s monthly salary credit and capped at PHP 3,530 per month.
Home Development Mutual Fund. Fixed monthly employer contribution.
Estimated employer cost on top of base salary. Statutory contributions are paid at cost, with no mark-up.

These are the entitlements your hire is legally owed. We carry the administration, so nothing lands on your payroll team.
| Entitlement | What applies in the Philippines |

| Paid time off | 5 days a year, accruing at 0.42 days per month from the start date. Unused leave can be cashed out |

Documents are collected securely before the start date and held on file by your Employer of Record partner, so nothing is chased after day one.
Terminating in the Philippines is governed by the Labor Code and is not something to improvise. Your Employer of Record partner manages the process, the paperwork and the final pay.
| Termination factor | The position in the Philippines |
|---|---|
| Notice period | Written notice, with a minimum of 30 days in most cases |
| Authorized causes | Termination must follow the causes set out in the Philippine Labor Code |
| Severance range | 0.5 to 1 month’s wages for each year of service, depending on the cause |
| Redundancy | At least 1 month’s pay, or 1 month’s pay for every year of service, whichever is higher |
| Retrenchment or closure | At least 1 month’s pay, or 0.5 month’s pay for every year of service, whichever is higher |
Your professionals are formally employed, not contracted as freelancers. That removes the misclassification exposure that comes with engaging offshore contractors directly, and it means severance, notice and final pay are calculated under one framework you never have to learn.
Candidate pipelines, screening and interview management.
Boolean search, talent mapping and proactive candidate engagement.
HR technology, data integrity and rewards benchmarking.

Philippine placements are capped at 180 delivery. We do not place 360 recruiters or HR Business Partners in this region. Estimated monthly base salaries, 3 to 10+ years’ experience, passed 100% to the candidate.
Salary, statutory on-costs and two fixed fees. Nothing is added to your hire’s pay, and nothing is hidden in the rate.
Tell us the role, the hours and the timeline. We will tell you honestly whether the Philippines is the right market for it.
